SCEIS Enhancement Requests

The Enhancement Request form is the first step in submitting a request for enhancements and modifications to the SCEIS System.  Once the form is submitted, it will follow the established process for review and submission to the Change Advisory Board for approval and prioritization.

Important Note: Prior to submitting this form, you must have the enhancement request approved by your agency’s senior management, for example, the Agency Director, a Division or Department Director, a Senior Manager, an AST Lead, or a Data Owner.
