The SCEIS Executive Oversight Committee (EOC) was formed permanently by S.C. Code Section 11-53-20 in 2005, as follows: “The South Carolina Enterprise Information System Oversight Committee, as appointed by the Comptroller General, shall provide oversight for the implementation and continued operations of the system.” Click here to read the entire Code Section on SCStatehouse.gov.
